Only three items on our menu contain gluten — tortellini, penne pasta, and country egg noodles. That's it. Every other ingredient is gluten-free, including every sauce, protein, addition, topping, dessert, and drink. Our chefs are completely celiac-safe.

Drexel Hill Sauté is a build-your-own sauté kitchen on State Road, where every bowl is made to order. Pick your base, your sauce, your protein, and pile on the additions — inspired by Italian, Thai, Cajun, French, American, Mexican, and Island traditions.
With pride in our culinary heritage, we cook classics like Thai Rice Noodles, Creole Rice with Andouille, Penne, and Tortellini — fresh, fast, and exactly the way you build them.

Feeding a Crowd
Half trays feed 4–6 people; full trays feed 8–12. Every tray can be modified any way you like — and every tray can be made gluten-free.
